Elle is a mother, a visionary, an adjunct professor and writer. Trained as a social worker, she's known as an engaging speaker who is frequently invited to present at conferences, women's retreats and corporate events. Seven years ago her life changed forever when she unexpectedly lost her husband Paul and became a widow.
In the midst of this great loss, Elle knew she couldn't give up, so she began to explore ways to cultivate resilience. Today, she uses her writings, video content, workshops and a new book to share the specific tools she used to bounce back. As a result Elle is inspiring people from all walks of life who are bouncing back from loss, trauma, self-doubt and other setbacks.
